Bearstech is a project to create the company’s central computer with the main characteristics of innovation in three main areas: meeting room, den and living room. Designed by Coudamy Design with the concept of an uncontrolled flow of energy and a unique working atmosphere, the walls of the vortex structure of the chaotic mass of wood and low divider separating the honeycomb cardboard bench space. This is an office design by arquitectura x architect, which aims to provide a strong and fresh image to the agency. With a low budget, an office building to remove almost everything to make all services and bare concrete and steel structure, thus obtain a flexible raw container to insert the pieces of furniture or a flexible container activities in the 82 square meter area. To facilitate the modification and mengingstal, furniture plug into the service modified the open and made of maple veneer and plywood floating floor is used for all surfaces.

The building is located on Kiti, Larnaca District, Cyprus and a meeting facility for use by local villagers. Amsa office building for the Synergasias Co-op Bank ,designed by Amsa / Nektarios Afxentiou, Anargyros Mougiakos, Zoi Stasinopoulou with a gross internal floor area of 1000m2. The building is adjacent to existing commercial buildings and a local high school to become a barrier and the traffic becomes heavy. Building structures that are built from the tariff faced concrete surface, and the glazed curtain wall, the function of internal space that emphasizes the quality of natural light and artificial light allows naturally.

This’s a house that has been adapted into administrative offices. Designed by Alan Chu & Cristiano Kato who finished in the year 2009, with the concept takes advantage of the quality of this space removing any walls so that become more obvious and the effect of horizontal and zenithal openings better utilized. Built on a total area of 450 sqm and located in São Paulo, SP, Brazil. Presidential Room is located at the southern point, at the end of the corridor that followed the wooden span. There’re two meeting rooms on the north point, four work station is intended as an individual region, the location of the center allowed the building to be only one space occupied by the access ladder, the circulation and bathroom. Features more complete with the demolition of timber in the coffee area and bathroom, on the gray granite floor, black furniture and transparent white glass and white walls in order. It’s about how to create a relaxed workspace tailored to the company’s unique culture. The design team worked hard to creat an office interior design for Artis Capital Management in San Francisco. Rottet Studio have designed the office interior for Artis Capital Managenent that understood as the “white”, materials, textures and colors are revealed so that the space behind the “visual calm” who fight a constant visual stimulation some computer screens. Outdoor scenery in the absence of visible dividing wall and regions around the service core. Custom carpets, stone dark gray, surrounding the entire floor between the columns, the incisions are cut into the white box in the ceiling with a pattern that emulates the barge Bay. Work area is covered by a giant door, the selection of furniture such as lounge chair-style with matching bench allows employees to retreat to “their house”, and the more casual look. This is an office complex building, with a cube-shaped building structure ’3 ‘consists of 3 rectangular buildings of different sizes, the best example of building exterior minimalist beige, black, gray. Located in Szczecin, Poland and designed by Tamizo architect inspired by glass and stairs to connect each part of the office building.
