“The Villa 3S” designed by ‘LOVE architecture and urbanism’. Designed simple yet complex, unclear and is still functional for daily living. The house is situated in Geidorf Graz, Austria.

The use of the land is relatively tight, which determined the gable with a designated slope, presenting a challenge. Large brick construction with concrete walls and reinforced concrete roof, it serves as a store of thermal mass to provide a pleasant indoor climate. Interior house centered on one main room for cooking, eating and living. When opened, a large sliding door between the rooms individually connect a structure, a complete spatial fluid. (more…)

‘Victoria 73′ Villa is located in Cape Town, South Africa with the luxury and great outdoor life. Victoria 73 is designed to take advantage of the view by creating some space outside. colossal floor to ceiling windows blur the lines between indoor and out, with the parts of the home environment that create the effect of tamed. Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects also design space features a white and finely manicured gardens with reflecting pools that projects directly into the water. The use of wood floors and detailing together with white walls and paved with black and red furniture furniture dominated by Antoni Associates (interior), equipped with an occasional red block and sculptures of classical set against contemporary art that blurs the line between fine art and street.
