Economical And Ecological House In Linz, Austria By Caramel Architects
The House M is a building with a cubic structure wrapped in a synthetic membrane and simplest form of building volume. The building is located in Linz, Austria and designed by Caramel Architects. The building is economically and ecologically partner, with views to the south and west by two all glass facade, the Danube valley offers beautiful scenery on the west side of the building allows receiving sunshine until late into the night. Large swimming pool facing the open kitchen / dining / living, and in the northeast bedroom unit looks non-public.
Buildings that have been installed onto the concrete floor slab, made of prefabricated houses cellarless high performance structural insulated panels, pillars arranged diagonally along the west façade of providing structural reinforcement, roof plates offer the façade gutterless drainage, on a white EPDM roof area used: pvc white Teflon-coated, secured at intervals through the thermal insulation layer between the outer membrane and structural panels.
