Farqual lake residence is a house designed with the concept of how to manage client’s lifestyle and the desire for connectivity to the site from all rooms. Located in Apple Valley, MN, USA and designed by Altus Architecture + Design. Locations around the lake is very possible airflow and activities through the center of the house toward the lake.
Bluestone paving is used to connect the front and back rooms, dark metal wing aircraft as wood wrapped walls and roof, created a sculpture hat home. Dynamic window placement with the metal wall is very possible light while screening views from the neighbors. The house was built at a cost of $ 200 per square foot, has a few features such as room: master bedroom is interesting in view of the site and lake, and gave the northern lights, etc..
