Designed by SB Architects and is located in Mill Valley, California, USA and has received certification as the first LEED Platinum house traditional house in Marin County. Utilization & San Francisco bay views beyond the horizon on the balcony to offer many aspects of the house’s green, the trees and scenery. Built in the outer area of 2.116 sq. ft. (interior spaces), 1.567 sq ft (decks & balconies).
