Lulu Kati Kati Home Located in Johannesburg, South Africa By Kate Otten Architect
This is a private residential project (private house project) located in Johannesburg, South Africa. Lulu Kati Kati home with a gross internal floor area of 165 m² was designed by Kate Otten Architect with the concept of three levels, each with its own character and use.
At the primary level is designed like a cave (resting on a stone and earth) which contains the shower room, kitchen and a large playroom. At the top level is a bedroom with the roof floating above the high windows raised the focus toward the sky. This house is more beautiful with pink windows, natural lighting, ventilation, heating and cooling, all of which reflect the views of the surrounding natural feel.
