Mosque Proposal in Kayseri By StudiOZ
This’s a mosque proposal design in Kayseri Municipality. StudiOZ has designed a mosque with a building concept based on the concept of infinity points / divinity, there’s a shrine to pray and the dome is actually quite large to gather together the urban community. Sinan created a metaphor of the mosque becomes the most stable shape to symbolize infinity by using a single dome placed over the square. At the mosque building, available a few places that serves to achieve the needs of today besides the traditional functions. Not only serves to stand in prayer, but the public can reach the information, and contribute to change people’s awareness.
