Refurbishment Office & Photos in São Paulo, SP, Brazil By Chu & Cristiano Kato
This’s a house that has been adapted into administrative offices. Designed by Alan Chu & Cristiano Kato who finished in the year 2009, with the concept takes advantage of the quality of this space removing any walls so that become more obvious and the effect of horizontal and zenithal openings better utilized. Built on a total area of 450 sqm and located in São Paulo, SP, Brazil. Presidential Room is located at the southern point, at the end of the corridor that followed the wooden span. There’re two meeting rooms on the north point, four work station is intended as an individual region, the location of the center allowed the building to be only one space occupied by the access ladder, the circulation and bathroom. Features more complete with the demolition of timber in the coffee area and bathroom, on the gray granite floor, black furniture and transparent white glass and white walls in order. It was quiet and almost monochromatic created at this property.
