This is a simple and minimalist house design located in Samara, Russia, and was built in the area of 300 SQM. Simple building designed to maximize the separation from a neighboring house, inspired by the “pearls” that were wrapped with a layer of the guards (sheet metal with dark coarse small hole), but a small portion was left open. The building was inspired by the ancient houses of Pompeii, marked by the curved central spine wall which defines two distinct zones. ‘Orb House’ is a minimalist building design to create a peaceful environment based on the typology introspective middle pages of all the living. Orb House is located in Melbourne, Australia and designed by Australian architect Bojan Simic, adopts tried and tested methodologies from the ancient past and combined with the use of technologies such as: glass frameless glass curtain wall commercial.
