Waterfall House Design in Pennsylvania By Frank Lloyd Wright
Architects : Frank Lloyd Wright
Location : Mill Run, Pennsylvania
This is a design house located in a waterfall in Bear Run Nature Reserve, Pennsylvania. Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired 1934-35 from an admiration to the works of Japanese architecture. Houses that redefined the relationship between man, architecture, nature, and designed to always feel the force with which the water falls, not visually but through voice, heard throughout the house. The structural foundation is a stone house there and i around the hearth, the heart of the home, is considered a family meeting place. The first floor slab rested with fireplace, which brings cascade physically in the house. To combine the beautiful landscape, use a window that has a special status as an open in the corner. Cantilevered terraces are made elongated and projected out at right angles aims to create beauty and give elements of sculpture into the house.
