White House in Paço de Arcos by Jorge Meelha Studio Arquitecto
The building was built on a sloping site in Alto do Lagoal, PaÁo de Arcos, Lisbon, Portugal. The main building structure using the settings of some solid strategy to reduce overall mass, using a large plain surfaces and some in-between space is fastened to let the light drawing. This building has been settled by the Portuguese Studio Jorge Meelha Arquitecto.
Between internal and external space contained facade windows of the house hid the shape increases, it functioning as a filter for outlook and as a passive control blinds. On the interior walls using plaster painted white, except in the bathroom where the walls are covered in a white / gray striped natural marble. Parquet wood colored wax used on the bedroom floor, the area covered by Social polished white stone and ceramic kitchen in brilliant black sandstone, and the circulation Floors, corridors and stairs are in plain or folded metal plate 10mm thick, painted with epoxy enamel white couples.
