This building was designed by Flansburgh Architects and named Wocester Polytechnic Institute. The building is designed as a home along the winding road, because he wanted to respect the surrounding environment and has four bedrooms and six bedrooms. This building diffasilitasi student café, and student lounges on each floor to encourage interaction and foster a sense of community. In total there are 229 beds.
