The house was built at 1914 and the renovation is a natural exotic beach house with wooden and rustic interiors. Original style characterized by large windows that open so they can enjoy the fresh sea breeze coming in, the stone structure on the exposed fireplace and pine board shack used in all makes it so unique and natural. The third floor is the “extended” by removing the wall to open a family style room with a corner made by the three intersecting dormers main hip roof and white wood combinations on the open shelves make it feel like a cabin.
